Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities:
šHRIS & ATS Implementation & Maintenance šSupport the configuration, implementation, and optimisation of the companyās new HR Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) šEnsure data integrity, system updates, and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with vendors and internal stakeholders šGenerate HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making šAct as the primary administrator and point of contact for system-related queries and improvements HR Operations šAssist in the development and implementation of HR policies across global locations, ensuring compliance with local regulations šMaintain and update HR documentation, including employee handbooks, contracts, and compliance policies šSupport the operationalisation of payroll feeds, ensuring accurate and timely data flow between HR systems, payroll providers and the Finance team šOversee benefits administration, including enrollments, renewals, and vendor management šEmployee Lifecycle & Administration šPartnering with colleagues in the HR team, ensure smooth execution of onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system setup, and compliance checks šSupport HR processes related to performance management, promotions, and internal mobility šAct as a point of contact for HR operational queries from employees and managers
Required Skills and experience:
š3-5 years of HR operations experience, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment šExperience in HRIS and ATS implementation, configuration, and maintenance (HiBob experience required, Greenhouse preferred) šStrong understanding of HR processes, payroll feeds, and benefits administration šAnalytical skills with the ability to generate HR reports and insights šDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills
