Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍End-to-end Pre & Onboarding / Off Boarding arrangements 📍Coordinate with the internal and external parties to handle day-to-day duties 📍Supporting the HR Manager with employee queries 📍Updating and maintaining employee records on HRIS efficiently and accurately and ensure compliant with all confidentiality and data privacy regulations 📍Collating and checking all new starter documentation and maintaining all associated platforms 📍Monitoring the HR mailbox, managing incoming and outgoing responses, escalating to the HR Manager as necessary 📍Collating and reporting on HR management information including headcount, CROs and other requests 📍Note taking and administrative support in Employee Relations matters 📍Coordinating with IT regarding new starter requirements / Setting up of Laptops for new employees -Arranging Couriers for Laptops / Merch Delivery -Assisting the HR Manager with any other local projects -Vetting all candidates, including Right to Work and DBS checks and reference checks -Responsible for all onboarding, off-boarding and internal mover administration as required 📍Reporting payroll changes to vendors (UK, Ireland + UAE) 📍Accuracy checking payroll reports 📍Collating Monthly Payroll Summary Reports 📍Updating the current benefit plans with new change
