Job Summary
As a FP&A Analyst in the FP&A team, you will:
📍Own the full P&L of the company and act as the point of contact, control, and follow-up on key finance activities and KPIs. 📍Annual budget plan and control. 📍Conduct analysis to compare actual results with forecast and budget. 📍Work with various departments to gather budget inputs and ensure alignment with strategic goals. 📍Conduct various ad-hoc analysis to support decision making processes. 📍Optimize FP&A processes with automozation and systems to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-growing business environment. 📍Analyze financial data and create reports for management. 📍Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate effectively to enable data-driven decisions.
Requirements
📍Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Management or equivalent. 📍3-5 years of experience as a FP&A Analyst from global companies with high-growth. 📍Exceptional analytical skills. 📍Positive attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-learn and adapt to a fast changing environment. English proficiency. 📍Proficient with Excel, g-suite\google sheets. 📍High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. 📍Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
