Job Summary
As a FP&A Analyst in the FP&A team, you will:
đź“ŤOwn the full P&L of the company and act as the point of contact, control, and follow-up on key finance activities and KPIs. đź“ŤAnnual budget plan and control. đź“ŤConduct analysis to compare actual results with forecast and budget. đź“ŤWork with various departments to gather budget inputs and ensure alignment with strategic goals. đź“ŤConduct various ad-hoc analysis to support decision making processes. đź“ŤOptimize FP&A processes with automozation and systems to meet the needs of a dynamic and fast-growing business environment. đź“ŤAnalyze financial data and create reports for management. đź“ŤIdentify financial trends, risks, and opportunities and communicate effectively to enable data-driven decisions.
Requirements
📍Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Management or equivalent. 📍3-5 years of experience as a FP&A Analyst from global companies with high-growth. 📍Exceptional analytical skills. 📍Positive attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-learn and adapt to a fast changing environment. English proficiency. 📍Proficient with Excel, g-suite\google sheets. 📍High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. 📍Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
