Job Summary
Responsibilities
šClient Acquisition: šLeverage your network of institutional clients, HNWIs, and counterparties to onboard new clients and drive OTC trading flow. šActively target and onboard new clients, focusing on driving OTC trading flow and expanding market share. šBuild, nurture, and retain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and sustainable growth. šMarket Strategy and Deal Flow: šExecute and manage OTC trades, including transactions in both liquid and illiquid cryptocurrency markets. šStructure and negotiate bespoke trading solutions to meet client needs, particularly in complex or non-standard transactions. šIdentify and capitalize on opportunities in markets, providing clients with unique access and insights. šCollaborate with the trading desk to identify and capture trading opportunities while managing risk effectively. šCollaboration & Growth: šStay ahead of cryptocurrency market trends, regulatory developments, and technical advancements to inform trading strategies and client recommendations. šCollaborate with sales & BD, client management, trading, compliance, and operational teams to ensure smooth execution, settlement of OTC transactions, reporting, and operational excellence. šContribute to the development of business strategies aimed at expanding the OTC trading deskās footprint in the market. šMinimum 3-5 years of experience in OTC trading, sales trading, or client relationship management in the cryptocurrency or financial services industry. šDemonstrated ability to bring in business and generate revenue by leveraging a deep, established network of institutional clients and HNWIs. šExperience in structuring and closing complex trading deals, including block trades and structured transactions. šExceptional ability to build, nurture, and retain long-term client relationships. šStrong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a client-centric mindset.
