Job Summary
What you'll be doing:
šServe as the primary point of contact for a portion of the existing and prospective ecosystem builders in the APAC region. šProvide ongoing support to builders, addressing any technical, operational, or strategic issues they may encounter. šDevelop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with builders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement. šConduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with ecosystem builders to track progress and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. šIdentify and pursue new business opportunities with startup ecosystem builders and developers in the APAC region, with a key focus in SEA. šConduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging opportunities in the blockchain space. šBuild and maintain a pipeline of prospective ecosystem builders, leveraging networking events, conferences, and industry contacts. šDevelop and present compelling value propositions and partnership proposals to potential ecosystem builders. šNegotiate partnership terms and agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with Aptosā strategic goals. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, engineering) to ensure ecosystem builders have the resources and support needed to succeed. šAssist ecosystem builders in integrating and utilizing Aptosā blockchain solutions effectively. šOrganize and participate in events, workshops, and webinars to promote Aptos and engage with the community. šGather and share feedback from ecosystem builders to inform product development and improve the overall partner experience.
Qualifications:
šBachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. š1-3 years of experience in business development, account management, or ecosystem management, preferably in the tech industry. Web3/blockchain experience is a plus. šStrong understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem in Asia. šProven track record of building and managing successful partnerships. šExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse stakeholders. šAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. šFluency in English; proficiency in one or more APAC regional languages is a plus. šWillingness to travel within the APAC region as needed.
