Job Summary

About the Opportunity:

šŸ“Work with directly with the Global Workplace Manager on priorities and projects on a weekly basis šŸ“Assist with Office Manager responsibilities at all of our Germany locations (Erlangen, Berlin, & Munich) šŸ“Manage office vendors such as food services, cleaning providers, and snack/beverage vendors to ensure the office is well stocked and kept in immaculate condition šŸ“Be a liaison for visiting teams to the office - providing assistance so they are setup with all necessary systems and service for success šŸ“Assist the Global Workplace Manager with office relocations and the opening of new workplaces when needed šŸ“Provide assistance for company wide events and leadership offsites šŸ“Own the budget for the office operations and vendors tied to each location within Germany šŸ“Welcome visitors & assist with onsite interviews (candidates, press, and VIP guests) šŸ“Help with new hire onboarding by providing a welcoming experience and ensuring they have a proper desk setup. šŸ“Develop and maintain workplace activities and events šŸ“Provide the team with excellent customer service and prioritize all daily requests šŸ“Ensure all office related repairs are taken care of in a time efficient manner šŸ“Arrange for regular maintenance of equipment and internal systems (e.g. heating system, alarms, security cameras) šŸ“Report any IT related issues to the team through support tickets and following through to ensure the job is completed šŸ“Ensure all compliance with local health and safety regulations šŸ“Aiding the wider workplace team, assisting with the execution of team objectives. šŸ“Other duties that are deemed appropriate for the role at managers discretion

About You:

šŸ“Previous experience in a dynamic startup environment šŸ“Willingness to travel šŸ“Great Customer facing skills šŸ“Event planning experience šŸ“Strategic thinker with an analytical mind šŸ“Ability to operate calmly under pressure and manage competing priorities šŸ“Strong personal awareness šŸ“Strong communication skills (oral/written) šŸ“Strong relationship management skills šŸ“Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies šŸ“English and German speaker
