Job Summary
Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include:
📍Provide a friendly and helpful experience for team members and guests. 📍Deliver daily food, beverage, and professional barista services within set timeframes. 📍Clean and maintain coffee machines, kitchen areas, and a safe environment. 📍Assist with event preparation, setup, and execution as needed. 📍Ensure weekly grocery orders and daily restocking of kitchen supplies. 📍Manage office supplies and report issues to the Head of People and Culture. 📍Handle office and inventory-related queries. 📍Support health and safety initiatives, including fire warden and first aid duties. 📍Manage internal and external meeting room bookings. 📍Perform other tasks as directed by Swyftx Leaders.
To ensure success in this role, you should possess:
📍Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service 📍Background in food and beverage, preferably in hotel or corporate settings 📍Barista skills with a passion for great coffee 📍Customer-focused, energetic, and adaptable 📍Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence 📍Strong written and verbal communication skills 📍Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, including time management and task prioritisation 📍Calm, adaptable, and flexible in dynamic environments 📍Advocate for positive workplace culture and continuous improvement at Swyftx
