Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Lead and manage the technical support function for developers and partners. 📍Guide developers through successful integration of LI.FI’s SDKs and APIs, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. 📍Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to escalate critical issues, share insights, and drive platform improvements. 📍Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for support workflows, known issues, and best practices. 📍Implement monitoring systems and proactively identify trends or recurring issues to improve response times and reduce friction for developers. 📍Manage and grow the Technical Support team across different regions. 📍We encourage you to apply if you feel your experience and skills equip you for this job but are not listed here!
What makes a good candidate
📍If you thrive in fast-paced environments, are driven by curiosity, eager to learn and grow, and ready to take ownership of your work, we’d love to hear from you! 📍3+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or a similar role. 📍1+ year in a leadership or mentoring capacity. 📍1+ year technical crypto experience 📍Engineering background and solid , in-depth technical understanding of blockchain technologies, especially Ethereum and cross-chain protocols. 📍Experience working with developer support tools, ticketing systems, and community channels (e.g., Grafana, Tenderly, Cloudflare, Jira, Discord, Telegram, GitHub). 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for translating technical issues into clear, actionable solutions. 📍Cross-chain, interoperability and bridging experience is a plus.
