Job Summary
Responsibilities & Requirements
šServe as a Web3 Project Manager including but not limited to ideation and definition of communication campaigns and their messaging, concepts for campaign microsites, manage the sourcing and integration of third party services, production of media assets in alignment with heads of design and communications, as well as colleagues from other departments: šdisseminate raw information and retrieve additional information from other departments and domain experts in the IOTA Foundation šdefine scope, responsible individuals, topic and release-based core messages and develop ideas for content, visualizations, animations or storylines for video production šdevelop briefings and plan production in alignment with colleagues from the communications department and other involved departments šprovide required copy text while aligning with long form copy writers and editors šensure that all information required for production by designers, motion designers, social media team and writers is complete,accurate, oversee production of assets and assure scope and quality šhelp define details of release/publication strategies to communicate certain products or brands by proposing channels and timing šalign with social media managers on publications and help defining release plans šprovide editorial and ideation support for content being published across ecosystem-owned channels and for paid media šInteract with the IOTA community at meetups, community engagements and conferences in a professional manner. šbe an evangelist for the IOTA mission through speeches, written communications, business development pitches, etc. šattend regular work progress meetings (to be mutually scheduled) as well as be available via email, chat forums, and phone for urgent matters.
Requirements:
š3+ years of experience working with a notable creative / marketing / PR agency or directly for a tech brand, especially within a start-up environment šPrevious copywriting and copyediting experience šExceptional writing, editing and communication skills in english (including a command of AP > šExperience in creating, adapting, and iterating marketing messages across multiple digital channels, for owned, earned and paid media šStrong ability to keep track of requirements, tasks, change requests and timelines with a high degree of attention to detail and cost awareness šExcellent communication- and alignment skills, a high degree of proactivity and willingsness to act as directly responsible individual leading the development and execution of campaigns
