šManage wallet and settlement team on day to day settlements šEnsure that usersā cash in and out of the platform are completed šEstablish protocols and procedures to ensure timely settlement šIdentify issue and inefficiencies to improve our wallet operations šWork with internal and external stakeholders on projects relating to wallet šOther responsibilities allocated by management
Requirements
š5 years of experience in operations šGood understanding of cryptocurrency exchange business šExperience in leading a team šHave a track record of leading projects to improve efficiency.
