You will be working with a unique and driven team building exciting new systems from scratch, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and business owners.
What You’ll Do:
đź“ŤCollaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, clients and internal stakeholders to identify problems, desired outcome and new opportunities đź“ŤDevelop strategy, approach and timelines for design projects in collaboration with product management and engineering đź“ŤMove design projects through the product design process, including discovery, concept, detailed design and implementation, facilitating progress at each stage đź“ŤApply quantitative and qualitative user research methods iteratively to gain insights that guide your design decisions đź“ŤAnalyze and visualize user journeys, flows, processes and relationships đź“ŤDesign, visualize and communicate the user experience for our products through concepts, maps, diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity visuals and other artifacts đź“ŤApply a system and platform-thinking approach resulting in design patterns that fit well into the larger component-based product ecosystem
What We’re Looking For:
đź“Ť5+ years of experience in product design delivering world class products that demonstrate well-crafted client experiences đź“ŤA portfolio that demonstrates the experience in designing and shipping large-scale product releases đź“ŤStrong knowledge of UX principles and how they apply across API, web, desktop and mobile đź“ŤEntrepreneurial drive and a desire to work in a commercially focused, fast-paced environment đź“ŤTeam player: Comfortable collaborating with fellow designers and broader product team to deliver the best outcome đź“ŤStrong understanding of the product design process đź“ŤAbility to apply and facilitate iterative discovery, design thinking and co-creation methodologies đź“ŤExperience with either Figma, Sketch or InVision in addition to building design systems đź“ŤStrong design leadership skills: Capable of advocating for quality design while also acknowledging the constraints
