Key Responsibilities
📍Process Development and Improvement: Establish robust self-service processes to meet translation needs across Product, Customer 📍Experience (CX), Marketing, and Operations teams. Proactively identify and execute high-standard process improvements. 📍Translation Management: Oversee translation activities across global languages, ensuring timely updates and completions. 📍Human Reviews Oversight: Manage internal and external points of contact responsible for providing timely human reviews of machine translations. 📍Tool Utilization: Utilize and manage various translation software tools to optimize workflows. 📍Brand Consistency: Convey brand tone of voice to translation vendors and AI models and manage glossary hygiene. 📍Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams including legal, marketing, product, CX, communications, and policy to ensure seamless and detail-oriented translation processes. 📍Advocacy: Advocate for translation excellence within the company, emphasizing its role in regulatory compliance and user accessibility.
About You
📍Experience: 3-5 years of experience in translation coordination, content, and project management. 📍Vendor and AI Experience: Experience with translation vendors and AI machine translations. 📍Skills: Strong communication, project management, and interpersonal skills. 📍Cross-Cultural Competency: Proven ability in cross-cultural communication and localization efforts. 📍Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills. 📍Independence and Ownership: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance, demonstrating independence and taking extreme ownership of your work. 📍Bonus Skills: Experience in copywriting and the technical implementation of translation software.
