Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šResponsible for managing multiple project workstreams across various technology and trading domains, while influencing project scope, direction, and success. šBreak down complex projects into milestones, deliverables, and tasks. šKeep senior leadership informed of project status, risks, and timelines. šServe as a key point of contact for cross-team projects to ensure teams are in sync. šDevelop and improve project management standards and processes, while developing better automation and efficiency over time
Requirements:
šBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. š5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within the trading space, leading programs with multiple dependencies and constraints. šExperience and/or comfort building out a project management function, including processes to scale, best practices, and documentation. šAble to develop key partnerships across teams, functions, and individuals at all levels while effectively influencing project scope, direction, and success. šDemonstrate resourcefulness in establishing priorities and proposing new paths to achieving desired outcomes. šExperience with software development lifecycles and agile methodologies. šComfortable working with Jira/Atlassian Suite. šStrong communication and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and thrives within a complex and fast paced environment.
