Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Define technical requirements for complicated features, working closely with engineering teams and product owners to ensure alignment with product goals. šŸ“Drive cross-team delivery of complex features, collaborating closely with engineering managers and teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery. šŸ“Facilitate communication and collaboration across engineering teams and product owners, breaking down silos and ensuring seamless integration of technical requirements. šŸ“Provide strategic guidance and direction, ensuring that technical decisions align with overall business objectives and drive long-term value for the organization. šŸ“Drive process improvements and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the engineering organization.

Qualifications:

šŸ“Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. šŸ“Proven experience in technical program management, driving cross-team delivery of complex features in a fast-paced environment. šŸ“Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and articulate technical requirements and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. šŸ“Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence across teams and stakeholders. šŸ“Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic environment. šŸ“Experience working with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
