Job Summary
In this role, you’ll:
📍Deliver on key initiatives critical to the success Business Technology (IT) organization 📍Work with key partners (Security, People, R&D, Finance, Legal) on high visibility projects 📍Deliver project management structure using Agile methodology via JIRA 📍Create and manage a centralized project intake methodology for BizTech 📍Manage the project portfolio, dependencies, and roadmap across BizTech Operations and Engineering 📍Identity and manage external project dependencies on BizTech Operations and 📍Lead successful staff and department all-hands.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
📍Multiple years of experience driving projects end-to-end independently, including evaluating, defining, and improving end-to-end processes
📍Previous success managing enterprise level cross-functional projects
📍Strong communication skills and experience working with engineering teams
📍Knowledge of AGILE Methodologies with SCRUM certification(s), is a plus!
📍Experience presenting complex business and technical plans to senior leadership.
📍Knowledge of Jira and Confluence and applying best practices to track execution of projects.
📍Experience identifying and managing program risk.
