Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍This is a 24x6 customer support team. Team members will be on rotation shift., covering support channels across, Forum, Telegram group and Discord. 📍Hands on technical support. Analyst issue and provide solutions and suggestions. 📍Deliver a stellar customer experience(i.e. SLA). 📍Understand customer needs and how to meet unique challenges and goals. 📍Seek product feedback and track usage/performance, driving our product roadmap. 📍Build and maintain ongoing relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally. 📍Partner with internal teams to drive long term solutions / product development decisions. 📍Work in a quick changing environment.
Requirements:
📍Candidate needs to be in the EU time zone. 📍Excellent English in both speaking and writing. 📍Min 1+ years of experience in a technical support role. Technical degree. 📍Strong analytical skills. 📍Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex technical issues. 📍Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders. 📍Excellent people skills to monitor. 📍Interest in blockchain and crypto technologies. 📍Experience with blockchain/web3 is a must.
