Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing sovereign wealth fund. Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Analyst to join their IT Applications Team in Qatar and work on an ongoing project to implement SimCorp as their new Front to Back system.
📍They offer extremely competitive tax free packages and an excellent work life balance, including 70 days off per year (inclusive of bank holidays). Sponsorship is available for candidates applying from outside of Qatar.
Key Experience
📍8+ years of SimCorp experience 📍Knowledge of investments lifecycle topics (trade processing, settlements, SWIFT, reconciliation etc.) 📍Technical IT knowledge and experience in multiple areas of SQL, XML, XSLT, system integration, batch processing, job scheduling, overnight workflows, system infrastructure, Cloud integration etc. 📍Knowledge of financial instruments across all asset classes – Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Treasuries etc. 📍Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language. 📍Degree in Finance, Accounting, Math, Science, Engineering, or IT
