Job Summary
The mission
šEstablish a yearly roadmap strategy in collaboration with your business owner and product director šUnderstand protocols and work with architecture team to define the best options to integrate new partners and technologies within Ledger stack šEnsure security compliance of our integrations by collaborating with Donjon šTranslate product requirements into clear deliverable šDeliver and maintain a high level of quality software across the whole stack you own šManage relations with partners, accompany them into their integration in collaboration with Technical Integration Manager and other relevant Tech leads šDevelop standardization of our platform to ease partner and new protocol integration šCoordinate partners and internals roadmaps to minimize the time to market šPromote best practices and provide mentoring to your team

What we're looking for
š8+ years of experience in web application development šSignificant experience with React, Vercel, Next šExperience with Scala or JS/TS š2+ years of experience in managing/leading technical teams šExperience with continuous integration / deployment solutions šHaving an interest in cryptocurrencies and wishing to work with blockchain technology is a real plus šEnthusiastic about teamwork, learning and teaching (meet-ups, hackathons, training ā¦)
