Responsibilities

📍Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans to identify and attract top talent, focusing on innovative strategies and engagement of passive candidates 📍Work persistently to meet our ambitious hiring targets, showing determination in finding and attracting the best talent, no matter the challenge 📍Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles, ensuring a balance between efficient processes and a positive candidate experience 📍Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management 📍Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align recruiting strategies with departmental goals 📍Develop and implement employer branding strategies to enhance the company's reputation as an excellent workplace 📍Organize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and other networking activities to promote the brand

Qualifications

📍A minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, either with a search firm or an in-house recruiting team 📍Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, engaging passive candidates, managing candidates, and closing offers 📍Experience recruiting in the APAC market 📍Proven ability to create and maintain partnerships with internal leadership 📍Self-driven and proactive personality 📍Proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking
