Job Summary
Responsibilities
šDevelop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans to identify and attract top talent, focusing on innovative strategies and engagement of passive candidates šWork persistently to meet our ambitious hiring targets, showing determination in finding and attracting the best talent, no matter the challenge šManage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles, ensuring a balance between efficient processes and a positive candidate experience šBuild and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management šCollaborate closely with hiring managers to align recruiting strategies with departmental goals šDevelop and implement employer branding strategies to enhance the company's reputation as an excellent workplace šOrganize and participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and other networking activities to promote the brand
Qualifications
šA minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, either with a search firm or an in-house recruiting team šDemonstrated expertise in sourcing, engaging passive candidates, managing candidates, and closing offers šExperience recruiting in the APAC market šProven ability to create and maintain partnerships with internal leadership šSelf-driven and proactive personality šProficiency in English, both in writing and speaking
