What you’ll be doing:

📍Technical support and administration of the Atlassian product suite including Confluence, Jira Software, and Jira Service Management and related plugins 📍Collaborate with end users to design and implement automation rules and scripts to meet business requirements 📍Maintain runbooks and related documentation 📍Customizing workflows, issue types, fields, and screens to meet the needs of the organization 📍Setting up and configuring dashboards and reports to provide project status and progress visibility 📍Advise users on how to optimize their use of these applications to support/ align with related business processes 📍Evaluate and implement plugins and integrations 📍Participate in all agile ceremonies 📍Participate in testing and implementing upgrades 📍Work with IT Product Managers and Engineers on larger initiatives 📍Developing and maintaining integrations with other systems, such as source control and build systems 📍Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with internal toolings 📍Training and supporting end-users on the use of Jira

What we look for in you:

📍At least 2-3 years enterprise-level experience in Jira and Confluence system administration 📍Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence configuration, administration, and integration 📍Experience with Jira plugins and Atlassian Marketplace applications 📍Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management workflows 📍Evaluate customer requests and tease out the underlying requirements and use cases 📍Strong communication and collaboration skills 📍Ability to work independently and in a team environment 📍Communicate in a clear and concise manner 📍Ability to work effectively in a remote-first work environment
