Job Summary
Responsibilities
šContribute to process mapping and the implementation of best practices across the organisation šProvide support in planning and managing projects (scoping, milestones, deliverables, steering, etc.), and hands-on support for selected action items within projects šBuild up relationships and a network with the different stakeholders within Crypto Finance AG
Requirements
šCompleted vocational training or currently studying šStrong results orientation, leveraging project management skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to guide cross-departmental efforts šExceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to structure ambiguous questions, thoughtfully prioritise efforts, and efficiently drive towards clear recommendations šService orientation, team spirit, and eagerness to learn šExcellent Microsoft Office skills šFull working proficiency in English; German is a plus šEligible to work in Switzerland
