WHAT YOU’LL DO:

📍Be a trusted thought-partner and collaborator to the senior leadership / functional leaders 📍Own program management of time-bound initiatives 📍Facilitate efficient meetings to ensure information exchange and alignment across teams 📍Manage cross-functional processes with leaders to ensure key decisions, major projects, and business outcomes are successful 📍Own, escalate and swiftly break down impediments that prevent things from moving forward 📍Drive and ensure regular, ongoing communication and coordination across functions 📍Increase visibility by owning and maintaining resources (ex. project plans, knowledge bases, comms channels) to ensure clarity and consistency in information 📍Identify critical path activities for programs and enable prioritization of initiatives

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

📍10+ years of program management/consulting experience, an understanding of the blockchain space is preferred 📍BA/BS degree or higher 📍Ability to work out of an office three days a week 📍Proven experience in planning, managing and monitoring complex processes and programs 📍Ability to work independently and a strong sense of ownership 📍Strong track record managing and influencing internal and cross-functional stakeholders 📍Resourcefulness, persistence and ability to thrive in fast paced, entrepreneurial environment 📍Outstanding organizational abilities and interpersonal skills to develop strong working relationships 📍Excellent verbal and written communication skills
