Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Help improve how we work by finding and fixing what’s slowing us down and the organization down. 📍Help make life easier for our engineers by building new features and services for our internal platforms. 📍Tackle problems with innovative ideas, focusing on steady, iterative progress. 📍Take the lead on cross-team projects that significantly impact the business. 📍Support and mentor junior engineers while setting a solid example. 📍Actively participate in on-call rotations and our Slack support channel.
What We Look For
📍Someone who thrives on cross-functional collaboration and can work across teams to architect solutions, troubleshoot complex problems, and drive alignment. This role requires clear and effective communication with teammates, engineers, product teams, and external stakeholders. 📍6+ years of experience as a senior or staff DevOps engineer and/or SRE, managing highly available, production cloud infrastructure at scale. 📍Experience with GCP and Private Service Connect is preferred, but not required. 📍Deep experience managing Kubernetes in production environments, including building and maintaining custom operators, provisioning and scaling clusters. The ideal person would be proficient with API gateways such as Kong and Traefik, and skilled in Kubernetes configuration management using tools like Helm and Kustomize.
