Responsibilities:

📍Lead and execute on all analytics and strategy initiatives for one of the business pillars within Magic Eden through close collaboration with business pillar leads 📍Conduct analysis to inform product and business strategy and present recommendations to senior stakeholders and executives 📍Develop and measure metrics to monitor company and area performance 📍Mentor team members and develop resources and processes to increase the efficiency of the Data Science and Analytics team

Requirements:

📍8+ years of industry experience in a data science or analytics role in a high-growth technology startup environment 📍Advanced SQL skills and proficient with one or more scripting languages (Python, R) 📍Experience leading data science or analytics projects from start to finish 📍Proven ability to influence the company’s strategy with your findings 📍Experience working with and presenting to senior stakeholders and executives 📍Deep interest and curiosity in, or native understanding of the crypto ecosystem
