Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Prepare monthly bank reconciliations 📍Review inter-company accounts to ensure both sides are booked property/reconciled 📍Analyzes and maintains General Ledger accounts 📍Prepare and post the corporate recurring journal entries 📍Prepare monthly accruals 📍Initiate and post corporate wires and account transfers 📍Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with accounting standards 📍Assist/prepare year-end audit activity 📍Prepare ad hoc reports as requested 📍Other duties as assigned
Requirements
📍B.S. in Accounting 📍2+ years of accounting experience, public and private experience preferred 📍Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 📍Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills 📍Strong organization, time management and ability to meet deadlines 📍Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and analytical skills 📍Team player, strong interpersonal skills, and self-motivated to learn and take on new challenge 📍Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities 📍Experience with NetSuite is a plus 📍Ability to work in a remote environment with a diverse team
