Job Summary
You will:
📍Design, plan, and implement new APIs and SDKs 📍Observe and scale production backends 📍Work and integrate with web3 solutions providers in the Solana ecosystem 📍Contribute to the technical direction of projects at Solana Labs while aligning with the team’s overall strategy 📍Improve and maintain the software that your team produces
Requirements:
📍7+ years of experience working in backend codebases 📍7+ years experience working with Typescript/Javascript, NodeJS 📍7+ years of experience working with databases. Postgres knowledge is a plus 📍A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience 📍Strong interest in web3 and Blockchain technology 📍Experience delivering large greenfield/0-to-1 projects 📍A passion for product with an interest in helping shape product vision 📍Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. 📍Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and across the product engineering stack. 📍Highly autonomous, ability to design and develop software with minimal guidance. 📍Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal communications.
