Job Summary
In your day-to-day, you will:
šLead a cross-functional team in creating and launching innovative mobile-first experiences šUnderstand PayPal's strategic and competitive position in the market to develop a product strategy and roadmap for your domain šAnalyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap features šIdentify, design, experiment, and iterate on initiatives leveraging usability testing, data, and market research šDefine and analyze key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, market, and launch product šUse A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making
What do you need to bring:
š7+ years of consumer web or mobile product management experience šProven track record of delivering successful large-scale mobile products šComfortable using data and analytics to inform product hypotheses and decisions šAbility to lead cross-functional groups and drive action in high-growth environments šDeep empathy and appreciation for consumer needs šExperience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces šStrong sense for visual design and detail šExperience in Payments, Banking, or Consumer Financial Services
