Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Customer & risk management – profiling and segmenting customers, in addition to monitoring betting activity both retrospectively and in real time 📍Reporting on product performance, including daily and weekly product performance reviews 📍Providing level 2 support to our customer support team, assisting them in dealing with customer queries 📍Site content management – including optimization of content and overall quality control 📍Running backend reports for in-depth analysis
Requirements
đź“ŤA passion and interest for both sports and betting. đź“ŤExcellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail. đź“ŤExcellent communication skills. đź“ŤIndustry experience is preferable, specifically odds compiling and trading. đź“ŤAbility to work a rota of shifts flexible to the business requirements. đź“ŤAbility to work any 5 of the 7 days, which will include shifts between hours of 07:00 - 21:00. đź“ŤKnowledge of Colombian & Peruvian sports is essential, with a wider knowledge of Latam preferrable. đź“ŤKnowledge of spread betting (and the relationship between spread and fixed odds trading). đź“ŤKnowledge and interest in Esports would be highly beneficial.
