You Will:

📍Take ownership of and drive the development of infrastructure components. 📍Design and implement scalable infrastructure on both cloud platforms (like Google Cloud) and bare metal providers (such as Latitude.sh). 📍Develop automated deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows to ensure efficient and reliable releases. 📍Create robust monitoring and observability solutions to ensure the health and performance of our distributed blockchain infrastructure. 📍Build internal tools to empower our engineering teams and potentially the broader web3 ecosystem. 📍Collaborate closely with software engineers to implement and promote excellent infrastructure practices throughout the company. 📍Learn and apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to ensure the stability and availability of our services. 📍Participate in on-call rotations, with support from senior team members, to address production incidents. 📍Contribute to the automation of our infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. 📍Assist in integrating security best practices into our development lifecycle (DevSecOps).

Requirements:

📍2+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, or Backend Engineering role, ideally working with distributed systems. 📍Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, etc.) 📍Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). 📍Familiarity with setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines 📍Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform
