Job Summary
What you will do
📍Act as the first technical point of contact for teams integrating Zerion API 📍Diagnose edge cases, debug & fix issues, and unblock partners acting as the owner for tier 1–2 engineering challenges 📍Write well-structured, and efficient code contributing to the development of new services and features 📍Collaborate closely with engineers to triage and resolve problems efficiently 📍Maintain and improve technical documentation, SDKs, and dev onboarding flows 📍Shaping the product by implementing customer-driven features in close collaboration with the product manager 📍Monitor developer success metrics and reduce time-to-value
Who we are looking for
📍Solid engineering fundamentals with at least 3+ years development experience 📍Solid understanding of Web3 concepts (wallets, NFTs, DeFi) 📍Hands-on experience with Web3 projects — either personal (pet projects) or commercial use 📍Strong experience with Golang (required) 📍Strong understanding of API architecture, REST conventions, tokens/auth flows, and error handling 📍Experience debugging and resolving complex issues in production systems 📍Experience with developer platforms or supporting external development teams
