Job Summary
What you can expect to work on:
📍Lead and mentor a team of engineers in multiple locations to deliver high-quality software solutions. 📍Define and implement technical strategies and best practices for the development team. 📍Drive architectural decisions and ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of the platform. 📍Plan, prioritize, and manage the development pipeline to meet business objectives and deadlines. 📍Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of development efforts with product requirements. 📍Monitor project progress and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery. 📍Collaborate with product management to define product roadmaps and translate requirements into technical specifications. 📍Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product features and functionality. 📍Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Requirements
📍5-6 years experience as a software engineer, with a track record of leading projects 📍Proficiency building SPA (e.g., React.js, Next.js on Vercel, JavaScript, TypeScript) or native mobile applications in either Android or iOS 📍Proficiency in either Go, Python, or a JVM-based language such as Java, Kotlin 📍Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies 📍Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 📍Prior experience managing a team is a plus
