Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Design and implement scalable, high-performance software solutions in alignment with project requirements and company standards. 📍Optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and reliability, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and inefficiencies. 📍Actively engage in hands-on coding and development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability. 📍Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating technical concepts and project updates. 📍Provide technical leadership, guiding and mentoring junior engineers in the team.
Qualifications:
📍Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. 📍4+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering, focusing on scalable system design and development. 📍Experience with Cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related technologies. 📍Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 📍Strong understanding of code architecture, design principles and documentation practices. 📍Analytical mindset to address complex technical challenges and devise innovative solutions. 📍Experience providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guiding teams. 📍Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.
