Job Summary
What you’ll be doing
📍Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our marketing goals and brand voice. 📍Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and written posts. 📍Community Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and engaging in conversations. 📍Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to drive continuous improvement. 📍Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to ensure our strategy remains relevant and effective. 📍Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, product teams, and content creators to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. 📍Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new features, products, and company initiatives.
Who we’re looking for
📍5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the tech or finance sectors. 📍Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 📍Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). 📍Experience with community management and building online relationships. 📍Comfortable working EST hours + ad hoc community management check-ins as needed.
