Marathon Digital Holdings is focused on securing and supporting the development of the Bitcoin ecosystem by building one of the largest, most agile, and most sustainable bitcoin mining operations in the world. Weā€™re growing ā€“ quickly. At the start of 2021, we were operating 2,060 miners that were producing 0.2 EH/s. By Mid 2023, we expect to have deployed approximately 199,000 miners producing approximately 23.3 EH/s, potentially representing 7% of the total network according to some estimates (source). Additionally, our objective is for our mining operations to be 100% carbon neutral by the end of this year. Job Summary

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

šŸ“Assist in developing and executing an effective social media strategy to enhance the companyā€™s and its subsidiariesā€™ brand visibility, engagement, and reputation across various social media platforms. šŸ“Manage all social media channels, create content, schedule posts, engage the community, and track analytics. šŸ“Develop and implement social media campaigns to support key company announcements, initiatives, and product launches. šŸ“Monitor social media trends and industry best practices; provide insights to internal stakeholders and adjust social media strategies as needed. šŸ“Collaborate with internal teams (comms, design, legal, etc.) to ensure all social media content aligns with the company's values and objectives. šŸ“Build relationships with industry influencers to expand the company's reach and enhance the brandā€™s credibility. šŸ“Respond to stakeholder inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. šŸ“Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and inform future strategies. šŸ“Identify and take down fake social media accounts that impersonate the company or key stakeholders, working closely with platform support teams to ensure swift action.

šŸ“2+ years of experience in social media management, in house or at an agency, preferably in the technology, energy, or Bitcoin industry. šŸ“Proven experience helping develop and executing social media strategies for multiple accounts across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. šŸ“Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor social media analytics and industry trends, derive insights, and provide guidance on a constantly evolving social media and product marketing strategies. šŸ“Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms and product marketing materials. šŸ“Attention to detail is a must.
