Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Content Creation: Develop engaging and visually appealing content for Telegram, X (Twitter), and other platforms to increase brand awareness and user engagement. 📍Social Media Strategy: Plan and execute innovative campaigns to grow our online presence and attract new players to Dragon Farm. 📍Community Engagement: Interact with our gaming community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive, inclusive environment. 📍Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, gaming culture, and Web3 developments to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant. 📍Analytics: Track and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies based on data insights to achieve optimal results.
Requirements:
📍Experience: 1-2 years in social media management, preferably in gaming or Web3. 📍Creative Thinker: Ability to craft compelling, on-brand content that resonates with audiences. 📍Data-Savvy: Familiar with analytics tools to measure success and refine strategies. 📍Communication Skills: Fluent in Russian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities. 📍Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. 📍Web3/Gaming Knowledge: Bonus points if you have experience with Web3 technologies, NFTs, or gaming communities. 📍Preferred: Experience and knowledge within the TON ecosystem.
