Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDedicated to daily balancing and reconciling settlement activities for Processor Credit & Debit Card transactions. šPrepare, monitor, and complete daily balancing for multiple bank accounts; Risk, Divert, Settlement, Ach, BUW and Coverage account reconciliations. Including monthly interbank transfers for write-offs, net revenue, etc. (US, PR, GVI) šMonitor and/or process manual entries, payments, and payment files in conjunction with daily and monthly procedures and policies. šAnalyzes and researches variances; provides logical/concise explanations for variances and/or fluctuations in a timely manner and assists with variance resolution as needed. šWorks with internal and/or external clients and service providers to resolve out of balance conditions, fund movement errors and/or transaction processing inquiries ā including but not limited to, šAccounting, Account Maintenance, Audit, Customer Service, Enterprise, Risk šMaintain confidentiality ā review and analyze weekly, monthly card brand and processor expenses against contracts for variance and trend reporting. šPrepare and upload Blackline entries for SIC Code estimate and actual monthly invoice along with supporting detail for Accounting and Billing. šMust be a self-starter able to thrive in a rapid-paced, mid-size business environment. šRespond to any finance ops tickets and take necessary action to resolve those issues. šWork cross-functionally with other departments to resolve any billing-related issues. šProduce reports with an analytical view for month-end for accounting.
Qualifications:
š7+ years of experience in financial analysis or related fields. šStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling. šExcellent analytical skills and attention to detail. šAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. šStrong communication skills and ability to present complex financial analyses to non-financial stakeholders.
