Job Summary
Responsibilities
đź“ŤProvide technical support and handle urgent escalation from high profile institution customers for API trading related issues in a production environment with high-volume transactions. đź“ŤStrong collaboration, communication and interaction with all stakeholders including customers, product manager, developer and management team. đź“ŤWork closely with product and developer teams in global offices, participate and follow up in iteration, release and roadmap planning timely. đź“ŤVery flexible with capability to prioritize multiple incidents and deadlines to facilitate well in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving organization. đź“ŤHigh responsibility in continuous improvement in service quality and efficiency. đź“ŤAbility to provide coaching, training, identification, optimization and documentation of the customer or business support processes.
Requirements
đź“ŤOver 5 years of experience in technical roles. đź“ŤBilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. đź“ŤStrong team collaboration and internal communication skills. đź“ŤUnderstanding of software development methodologies and coding standards. đź“ŤAbility to present or explain fluently to engineers, product managers, and clients. đź“ŤBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related scientific disciplines.
