šDevelop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of top-tier technical talent for near-term and future hiring needs šUtilize multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent šDevelop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers šMaintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes šFocus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity šChampion exceptional candidate experience and promote our employer brand
Requirements
š3+ years recruiting/sourcing experience in an in-house environment šSuccessful track record of hiring top technical talent for fast-growing startups šDeep understanding of various technical roles and the ability to assess technical skills šExtensive sourcing experience employing variety of techniques, platforms, and tools šStrong network within the tech industry and experience recruiting for highly competitive markets šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a keen ability to build relationships šDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a can-do attitude šStrong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented approach to recruiting
