Job Summary
Your day to day:
šBuilding and executing on the payment processing product roadmap to create value and remove barriers for merchants šPartnering with engineering teams, business analytics, program managers, sales and banking relationships teams to build features collaboratively and inclusively šIdentifying goals and metrics to drive prioritization and timely delivery of products and experiments šWorking closely with development teams in an agile environment
What do you need to bring:
šPrior experience of payments is mandatory for this role including card processing, 3DS, CIT/MIT framework, tokenization, and payment networks šPrior experience of working on transaction expense and cost reduction is must for this role šDemonstrated experience of keeping the customer experience first and working backwords to create complex product solutions šThe right candidate should bring strong ownership and execution skills including experience of working with external network partners to launch payment products in geographies, working with multiple cross-functional teams including platform and legal to roll out complex changes šHands on experience to improve checkout flows and knowledge of other merchant facing payment products for digital payments is preferred for a strong candidate šUnderstanding of payment checkout SDK, PCI-DSS compliance, and no-code platforms šUnderstanding of digital wallets is nice to have but not mandatory šUnderstanding or prior experience in payment approval rate analysis and transaction routing šStrong in technology ā REST API and client server model as you will own payment APIs and business analytics for approval rate analysis
