Job Summary

Your day to day:

šŸ“Building and executing on the payment processing product roadmap to create value and remove barriers for merchants šŸ“Partnering with engineering teams, business analytics, program managers, sales and banking relationships teams to build features collaboratively and inclusively šŸ“Identifying goals and metrics to drive prioritization and timely delivery of products and experiments šŸ“Working closely with development teams in an agile environment

What do you need to bring:

šŸ“Prior experience of payments is mandatory for this role including card processing, 3DS, CIT/MIT framework, tokenization, and payment networks šŸ“Prior experience of working on transaction expense and cost reduction is must for this role šŸ“Demonstrated experience of keeping the customer experience first and working backwords to create complex product solutions šŸ“The right candidate should bring strong ownership and execution skills including experience of working with external network partners to launch payment products in geographies, working with multiple cross-functional teams including platform and legal to roll out complex changes šŸ“Hands on experience to improve checkout flows and knowledge of other merchant facing payment products for digital payments is preferred for a strong candidate šŸ“Understanding of payment checkout SDK, PCI-DSS compliance, and no-code platforms šŸ“Understanding of digital wallets is nice to have but not mandatory šŸ“Understanding or prior experience in payment approval rate analysis and transaction routing šŸ“Strong in technology ā€“ REST API and client server model as you will own payment APIs and business analytics for approval rate analysis
