šŸ“As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be the bridge between Crossmint and its clients as they build cutting edge web3 applications Your responsibilities will include: šŸ“Create deep relationships with our largest enterprise customers, understanding their vision and tying that back into ways we can support them šŸ“Deliver exceptional technical support, acting as the frontline for client queries and issues with our products šŸ“Problem solve with creativity and expertise to accelerate clientā€™s time to launch a quality end to end experience with Crossmintā€™s tools šŸ“Translate technical implementation to real business outcomes in tandem with our customers, highlighting unique customer value delivered by building with Crossmint šŸ“Cultivate a deep understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency to offer insightful support and guidance to our users šŸ“Liaise with our engineering team, providing valuable customer feedback to enhance our product offerings šŸ“Adapt to a fast-paced work environment, displaying readiness to tackle new challenges and support initiatives šŸ“Automation and scaling via tools like zapier, scripting or GPTs šŸ“Proactively manage customer health to optimize operations and drive revenue growth.

About You

šŸ“To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: šŸ“4+ years experience as a Technical Account Manager, Account Manager, or Solutions Engineer šŸ“Passion for web3 and desire to help build blockchain applications šŸ“Understanding of how APIs work and the ability to explain API concepts to Crossmintā€™s enterprise customers, who may have varying levels of technical sophistication šŸ“Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience interfacing with technical teams šŸ“Significant experience with client relationship management
