šAs a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be the bridge between Crossmint and its clients as they build cutting edge web3 applications Your responsibilities will include: šCreate deep relationships with our largest enterprise customers, understanding their vision and tying that back into ways we can support them šDeliver exceptional technical support, acting as the frontline for client queries and issues with our products šProblem solve with creativity and expertise to accelerate clientās time to launch a quality end to end experience with Crossmintās tools šTranslate technical implementation to real business outcomes in tandem with our customers, highlighting unique customer value delivered by building with Crossmint šCultivate a deep understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency to offer insightful support and guidance to our users šLiaise with our engineering team, providing valuable customer feedback to enhance our product offerings šAdapt to a fast-paced work environment, displaying readiness to tackle new challenges and support initiatives šAutomation and scaling via tools like zapier, scripting or GPTs šProactively manage customer health to optimize operations and drive revenue growth.
About You
šTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: š4+ years experience as a Technical Account Manager, Account Manager, or Solutions Engineer šPassion for web3 and desire to help build blockchain applications šUnderstanding of how APIs work and the ability to explain API concepts to Crossmintās enterprise customers, who may have varying levels of technical sophistication šStrong technical troubleshooting skills and experience interfacing with technical teams šSignificant experience with client relationship management
