Job Summary
About the role
You will be working alongside the Openhedge team on our various projects You will develop Solidity smart contracts based on project mechanisms You will write tests covering our solidity contracts You will write or review code for various applications You will liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements You will define new standards and smart contract integrations You will be expected to mentor other team members to refine their technical and architectural skills
What we expect
Team Management (task assignment, organization, communication, leading sprints/stand-ups, etc.) You have more than 5 years of experience in shipping great products You have shipped some web3 products previously Experience with smart contracts on Ethereum Experience with Postgres or other databases; experience with decentralized data storage solutions is a plus Understanding of decentralized finance and popular products (e.g. staking, options, yield farming and other) Experience with version control, such as Git You enjoy having ownership over everything you ship and you understand best practices and what it means to write maintainable code
