Job Summary
Responsibilities:
đź“ŤDesign and build scalable, well abstracted, and robust APIs, libraries, and services to empower our API-first platform đź“ŤOwn functionality and scalability features by taking responsibility from inception to deployment and customer integration đź“ŤExpose and document functionality to the UI, third-party developers, and our internal and external tooling đź“ŤCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features đź“ŤWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code đź“ŤEnsure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications đź“ŤIdentify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Required:
đź“ŤAt least 6 years of proven experience of back-end and server-side development đź“ŤGreat at algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis đź“ŤStrong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL and MongoDB đź“ŤStrong development experience with any of the JVM languages, preferably Kotlin or Java đź“ŤStrong experience with RESTful API design đź“ŤExperience with microservices and service-oriented architectures đź“ŤExperience with unit and functional testing and debugging
