šScope, build, and scale products, systems, and services that have an immediate impact on our customers šCollaborate across organizations and disciplines to understand problems, and solve them šLead and participate in critical technical, design, and product discussions šParticipate in all parts of product development, working with non-Engineering related disciplines (Product and Design) and adjacent Engineering teams (Mobile, Platform, Machine Learning, and Data Science) šBe part of a 24/7 on-call support roster for our services, with support from Cash App's core infrastructure teams and peer product teams
You Have
š8+ years of experience working on complex systems and delivering quality software šCuriosity, creativity, persistence and a desire to get things done šA track record of healthy collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other engineering managers on developing roadmaps and executing against them šExperience building backend systems and working with frontend/mobile teams
