Job Summary
How you will make an impact
đź“ŤOwn and drive the staking performance optimization product roadmap for key protocols đź“ŤCollaborate with DevOps, Engineering, Data Science, and Protocol teams to identify and implement performance improvements đź“ŤLead multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high quality standards and meeting deadlines đź“ŤDevelop deep understanding of protocol-specific nuances (e.g., MEV opportunities, validator performance optimization) đź“ŤCreate and maintain comprehensive product documentation and specifications đź“ŤWork with Sales and Marketing teams to effectively communicate our protocol capabilities to clients
Who you are
đź“Ť7+ years of product management experience đź“ŤStrong technical background (computer science degree, software development experience, or technical PM experience) đź“ŤExperience with protocol staking đź“ŤExcellent project management skills with proven ability to manage complex technical initiatives đź“ŤOutstanding written and verbal communication skills đź“ŤDemonstrated success in a remote work environment
