š3+ years of experience in research and development in the crypto space, with a strong track record of contributions to protocol design and implementation šExperience with making stuff go fast (hardware acceleration knowledge is a plus) šProfessional Rust experience šDeep understanding networking, databases, protocol design, decentralized networks šExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment šKnowledge and experience with core Solana development is a plus
Responsibilities
šImplement optimizations to the SVM execution environment with the purpose of increasing throughput while minimizing costs šImplement and optimize core protocol level changes and infrastructure components using Rust šBenchmark changes in protocol architecture, think about worst-case adversarial edge cases.
