📍3+ years of experience in research and development in the crypto space, with a strong track record of contributions to protocol design and implementation 📍Experience with making stuff go fast (hardware acceleration knowledge is a plus) 📍Professional Rust experience 📍Deep understanding networking, databases, protocol design, decentralized networks 📍Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced startup environment 📍Knowledge and experience with core Solana development is a plus
Responsibilities
📍Implement optimizations to the SVM execution environment with the purpose of increasing throughput while minimizing costs 📍Implement and optimize core protocol level changes and infrastructure components using Rust 📍Benchmark changes in protocol architecture, think about worst-case adversarial edge cases.
