Job Summary
Drive Agile Delivery & Prioritisation
📍Own backlog management—prioritise work based on business value, feasibility, and dependencies. 📍Lead Sprint and PI Planning, structuring work to maximise impact, avoid blockers, and set clear expectations across Product and Technology. 📍Support Project Managers in identifying and defining dependencies, ensuring smooth cross-team collaboration. 📍Align with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams on roadmaps, technical enablers, and delivery timelines.
Support Engineering & Technical Execution
đź“ŤAct as a technical consultant, ensuring smooth execution of new features while balancing non-functional requirements. đź“ŤSupport engineering teams by clarifying requirements, removing roadblocks, and driving decision-making. đź“ŤWork with the Technical Architect to produce clear documentation and technical specifications. đź“ŤHandle non-development technical activities, such as system configurations, internal service onboarding, and stakeholder presentations. đź“ŤDrive enabler processes and collaborate with enabler teams to ensure platform scalability and operational resilience.
