Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology, and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We are the first (and so far, only) company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto. We're fully remote, with team members across the globe.

Responsibilities
đź“ŤOwn, scope and execute across multiple existing and new Ondo initiatives and drive them to completion đź“ŤBe the voice of the user - show exceptional product and "human" sense operating in the complex fields of finance and technology đź“ŤBe a subject matter expert in DeFi and stay up-to-date with new developments in the space, especially as they pertain to RWAs, tokenized securities and Ondo. đź“ŤPartner closely with Engineering and Design as a part of the product development process - lead with influence, not authority đź“ŤEvangelize user research, data and competitive insights across the company đź“ŤWork with BD, Strategy & Ecosystem to vet and assess new product opportunities đź“ŤInfluence and drive alignment across a diverse set of stakeholders đź“ŤUse metrics, ecosystem/industry trends, and insights from various user types to identify and execute on new opportunities for Ondo
Requirements
đź“Ť 4+ years of full-time product management or founder experience đź“Ť1+ years of full-time product management or founder experience within web3 or crypto đź“Ť People who work with you refer to you as a DeFi expert đź“ŤBased in PT, MT, CT, or ET time zones đź“ŤSignificant coursework or some hands-on experience in programming or data query languages đź“ŤFamiliarity with the Real-World Asset space and DeFi protocols đź“ŤFamiliarity with smart contract development, blockchain protocols, and blockchain virtual machines
