Job Summary
WHAT YOU WILL DO
📍You will lead Internal Tooling and will be highly connected to internal stakeholders and leaders to build tooling that will considerably increase the velocity of business operations. 📍Work closely with Compliance, Customer Support, Operations and the Management on solutions and roadmaps 📍Work in collaboration with the engineers, designers and business leaders to design, develop and deliver back and middle office products. Lead our Back Office product 📍Use and manipulate internal stakeholders' insight to build products that matter and prioritize in an effective way. 📍Solve problems and simplify complex issues by drilling into details and the technical aspects of our systems and processes to deliver targeted solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
📍At least 5-7 years of experience building back or middle office tools for internal stakeholders in the financial field with ideally some understanding of CS and Compliance flows, or as a compliance PM. 📍You are an owner, Blockchain.com PMs cover key areas of the business and have an outsized impact 📍Experience in large-scale consumer-facing Fintech 📍A proven track record of shipping products in a technical environment and working with developers and designers on a day-to-day basis. 📍Strong technical skills and experience with analytics platforms and using data to make informed product decisions. 📍Excellent verbal and written communication skills to write thorough feature requirement documents and work with stakeholders and upper management. 📍Experience of compiling and executing implementation timelines and project roadmaps. 📍A background in engineering or computer science is a plus, but not essential.
