When you join SDF as a Community Manager, you will be a part of a team thatās leveraging that opportunity to increase developer participation in order to bootstrap the ecosystem of tools, protocols, dapps, and educational resources necessary for Soroban to succeed.
Job Summary
In this role, you will:
šContribute to and execute a comprehensive product strategy for enterprises, in alignment with SDFās broader objectives. šParticipate in the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including user research, requirements gathering, roadmap planning, and feature development. šCollaborate with stakeholders across SDF (ex: engineering, BD, product marketing, legal) and the Stellar ecosystem to identify opportunities and deliver product improvements for enterprises. šSupport deployment processes by providing product guidance, documentation, and hands-on assistance where necessary. šMonitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities in the enterprise blockchain space.
You have:
š2+ years of product experience, preferably in a B2B environment or with enterprise crypto solutions. šUnderstanding of enterprise payments, blockchain technology, and/or digital asset ecosystems. šExperience working with enterprise clients, understanding their challenges, and delivering high-impact solutions. šAbility to work cross-functionally with engineering, partnerships, and marketing teams. šExcellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. šData-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform product decisions.
