Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Product Ownership and Strategy 📍Drive the roadmap for our core HELOC product, ensuring Figure remains the non-bank market leader 📍Build an expert-level understanding of Figure’s customer base, ecosystem partners, market differentiators, value proposition, and technology stack 📍Develop, test, and scale new revenue models and pricing strategies to increase customer lifetime value and drive revenue growth
What We Look For
📍7+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong focus on consumer fintech products
📍Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into digestible formats for both technical and non-technical audiences
📍High level of business acumen
📍Experience in FinTech or consumer lending products required
📍Data-driven approach with strong analytical abilities
📍Ability to ascertain and effectively communicate the “why”
📍Proven success working cross-functionally and building solid long-term business relationships
📍Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
